Fortitude Therapeutic Services offers medical social work consultation services to hospital and health care facilities that do not have access to social work staff. With over 15 years of experience in medical and mental health settings, we provide comprehensive support that includes; psychosocial assessments, care coordination, case management, patient and family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
