Types of Immigration Evaluations Available

  • Asylum Evaluations

    Asylum Evaluations: Asylum evaluations assess the psychological impact of past persecution or fear of future persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group

  • T Visa Evaluations

    T Visa Evaluations: T Visa Evaluations assess the psychological impact of being a victim of human trafficking. These evaluations aim to document the psychological harm endured as a result of trafficking and support the victim’s application for legal status under the T visa program.

  • VAWA Evaluations

    VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Evaluations: VAWA evaluations assess the psychological impact of domestic violence, abuse, or extreme cruelty experienced by immigrant women, particularly if they are petitioning for legal status independently of their abuser. These evaluations aim to document the psychological effects of the abuse and support the victim’s application for legal status.

  • U Visa Evaluations

    U Visa Evaluations: U Visa evaluations assess the psychological impact of being a victim of certain qualifying crimes, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking. These evaluations aim to document the psychological harm resulting from the victimization and support the victim’s application for legal status through the U visa program.

  • Extreme Hardship Evaluations

    Extreme Hardship Evaluations (I-601 and I-601A): Extreme hardship evaluations assess the psychological impact of deportation or removal on the qualifying relative, mainly if they are U.S. citizens or legal residents. These evaluations aim to demonstrate the significant adverse effects on the mental health and well-being of the qualifying relative if the applicant were to be deported.

  • Cancellation of Deportation

    Cancellation of Deportation Evaluations: These evaluations assess the psychological impact of deportation on the applicant or their qualifying relatives. They aim to document the significant emotional and mental health effects of deportation and support the applicant’s case for canceling deportation.
