At Fortitude Therapeutic Services, we offer clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) who are pursuing their clinical hours toward LCSW licensure. Our supervision approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in reflective practice. We focus on developing strong clinical skills and clinical judgement. We focus on developing strong clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and confidence in your professional identity as a therapist.

Supervision is led by Jamie McKinney, LCSW-S, a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in both medical and mental health settings. We provide a safe, nonjudgemental space where supervisees can explore clinical cases, enhance therapeutic skills, and navigate the complexities of direct client work.

Session Structure:

• Supervision is available in both individual and group formats

• Sessions are held virtually for flexibility and accessibility

• Frequency and scheduling are tailored to meet your specific needs and state licensure requirements
